What if a gryphon was impregnated by a facehugger? This is my vision of the product. Emulating H.R. Giger's style was beyond me, so I used the xenomorphs of the second film Aliens, which have ridged heads and a more skeletal appearance, as my reference. Still, drawing something biomechanical was a struggle and I don't think I got it right.
Gryphon xenomorph has exaggerated toes and talons, like Human-host xenomorphs have elongated fingers. It is completely featherless, but the wing-limbs of the host are there, and can be used as stabbing/striking weapons. Both the outer and inner set of jaws are tipped with sharp, powerful beaks.
