Burrowing Owl Portrait

This little Burrowing Owl is an education bird at a Raptor Rehabilitation facility; unlike most birds at the facility, he cannot be released. But he has the perfect temperament for an education bird--cooperative, alert, tolerant, and generally unfazed by new things--so he's quickly become one of my favorite birds.
